Intramural Sports at South!

Intramural sports are back in season! Every week during lunch, come to the main gym and compete in a variety of different sports in a tournament-style competition. This includes basketball, dodgeball, volleyball, and more. Win all your matches to be crowned champion! The most recent sport played was the three versus three intramural basketball tournament. The winners of that tournament were juniors Cameron Perry, Jackson Ingram, Robin Lin, and Mike Grilli.

“I would say that intramurals bring the school together in a fun and exciting way, especially when the teachers compete in them, as well,” Perry said. Both students and staff are welcome to compete in these competitions.

“Intramural sports are good because it gives students a chance to have fun with their friends,” South sophomore Kobe Sim said. A new addition to the intramural competitions this year will be pickleball.
