The new year doesn’t just mean a change in the date, it also means plenty of new entertainment  coming out for us to get excited about and enjoy. Here’s a few to look out for:

Bridgerton Season 4 

Romance fans around the world are getting excited for the release of Season 4 of Bridgerton on Jan 29. The show, adapted from the iconic book series by Julia Quinn, originally came out in 2020 with its debut season starring Phoebe Dynevor and Regé-Jean Page. If you haven’t seen the show at all, but are interested in it, it would take approximately 19 hours to binge watch the entirety of Seasons 1-3, minus Queen Charlotte (a spin off), before Season 4 comes out. If you have the time, and like romance and historical fiction, you should definitely give it a go!

The Traitors Season 4

The fourth season of high-stakes reality TV show The Traitors premiered on Jan. 8, with new episodes coming out every Thursday on Peacock at 6p.m. A group of reality TV stars, comedians, and Olympians come together to complete challenges and add money to the prize pot. However, there are a few “traitors” working against them to “kill” them and take the money for themselves. Who will win? We will find out Feb. 26 at the season finale and reunion.

Harry Styles Album

On Jan. 15, Harry Styles announced his new album, Kiss All The Time. Disco Occasionally, due to be released Mar 6. Styles’ fans are thrilled, as this is the first album he has put out since his hit, Harry’s House, nearly four years ago. He’s been dropping hints recently, but finally made it official  on Instagram with an album cover and link to pre-order merch in early January. Besides the release date, all we know is that it is produced by Kid Harpoon and will feature 12 tracks, as well as any hints the album cover art may offer. 

The Midnight Train 
Sequel to The Midnight Library, The Midnight Train, a novel by Matt Haig, is due to be released this spring on May 5. Similar to its predecessor, The Midnight Train will follow a main character who is going back in time to visit the best days spent with his wife, Maggie. It will be exciting to find out if he will leave his memories alone or change the past, given the chance.
